As you can see, Schedule A contains some interesting information. Salaries of the five highest-paid employees who are considered by the IRS to be "highly compensated" must be shown. Analysis: Highlights of This Page
I have compared the salaries of the listed Pacifica staff with salaries for roughly comparable jobs in other San Francisco Bay Area nonprofits, as reported in annual Wage and Benefit Surveys* of The Management Center*. It appears that Pacifica salaries were low in 1995-1996 and 1996-1997, and closer to average in 1997-1998.
